JMECT organized 2nd a two-day Organization Development Programme at the JMA Hall, led by Mr. Mustafa Moochhala, an expert Resource Person from Innobridge Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. The programme aimed to strengthen organizational systems, enhance teamwork, and develop long-term strategies with a primary focus on education—JMECT’s core area of work.
Over the two days, participants engaged in assignment reviews, self-reflection exercises, goal-sharing sessions, indicator development, presentations, and motivational activities such as the “Zoom Game” and the “Blind Game.” These activities helped staff understand the value of observation, measurable outcomes, and coordinated teamwork.
Key learnings included the importance of having a clear sectoral focus, building a practical roadmap, assigning roles based on staff strengths, and developing measurable indicators for effective monitoring.
The Resource Person also recommended preparing a three-year education-centric strategy, strengthening second-line leadership, adopting shadow learning, and conducting regular progress reviews. The programme has significantly contributed to JMECT’s efforts to enhance organizational efficiency and achieve sustainable impact in its education initiatives.
